Details: German weapons dealer Jergen Bardo made his fortune by hiring local thieves to steal weapons from government warehouses, paying them a pittance before selling the merchandise on the black market for a huge profit. In accordance with his usual practices, Bardo hired Lucinda Alvarez and Dylan Carter to steal a particle decelerator from Walderson Industries. He never received the weapon, however, for once she had infiltrated Mutant X, feral Nikki Rogers murdered Dylan and Lucinda to obtain the particle decelerator for herself.
