First Appearance: "Crossroads of the Soul."

Details: Edgarstown was the town 30 miles east of Lewiston (see also "New Hope"), the community which physicist Dr. Alfred Marcus encapsulated inside an electronic bubble. The owner of Edgarstown's auto repair shop accidently ran over Brennan Mulwray's car while driving his truck in a lightning storm, forcing Brennan to leap out of the way with his jet propulsion abilities...right through the electronic bubble. Searching for Brennan, Mutant X intimidated the truck owner's wife to tell them about the legend of New Hope.
