Details: Adam Kane carried an elecromagnetic pulse generator with him to Naxcon when about to confront Mason Eckhart. He stated that it was strong enough to fry every piece of electrical equipment in the building, but he never got the chance to use it, since Mason's sensors detected it and rendered it inoperable the moment Mutant X entered the building.
